At Holderness & Bourne, we are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Associate to support our rapidly growing digital business. This individual will pair extensive digital experience with exceptional project management skills to help facilitate the expansion of our e-commerce channel.
We are a fast-growing men's golf apparel brand based in New York, emphasizing excellence, collaboration, and a friendly work environment. Our ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to work independently, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
This role involves executing end-to-end setup of products, collections, promotions, and merchandising in Shopify, utilizing project management tools to plan and execute collection launches, site updates, web development, and email marketing/SMS programs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage product catalogs, collections, and promotions in Shopify
- Utilize Asana for project planning and execution
- Act as a liaison between Product Development, Merchandise Planning, and Marketing teams
- Regularly monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and creative teams to execute email and SMS campaigns
- Support SEO best practices and work with copywriters and developers to optimize content
- Liaise with external partners to implement changes and updates
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion or adjacent e-commerce, with Shopify expertise
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's Degree
