We're seeking a Merchandise and Demand Planning Associate who is not only highly analytical but thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with production, design, operations, and marketing teams to shape the future of our product line and deliver strategic value from day one.
Responsibilities
· Partner with the Director of Merchandise Planning to optimize inventory and assortment strategies
· Own and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal inventory and sales reporting and forecasts
· Drive data integrity by managing purchase and sales orders in our ERP system
· Deliver clear, actionable reporting on business performance and opportunities
· Analyze inventory levels and sales performance to enhance forecasting accuracy and make data-driven recommendations that improve future buy strategies
· Make informed assortment recommendations based on historical data and sales trends to help guide the design and development of future seasonal collections
· Own inventory rebalancing between wholesale and eCommerce channels to maximize sales opportunities and minimize excess stock
· Build and maintain dynamic Excel templates to support seasonal buys and planning
· Dive into Excel to clean, organize, and analyze size curve data, contributing to a more efficient and intelligent sizing strategy
· Take on high-impact, cross-functional projects that push our brand and planning capabilities forward
Required Skills & Experience
· 5–10 years of experience in merchandise planning, forecasting, or inventory analytics
· Advanced Excel skills— you build clean, powerful models and live for structured data
· Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities; you're fluent in numbers and patterns
· Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
· Clear and confident communicator— able to present data and insights with confidence and clarity
· Growth mindset with a natural curiosity and proactive problem-solving approach
· A passion for retail, performance apparel, and ideally, the game of golf
Salaries & Benefits
· Compelling overall compensation package including base salary ranging from $80k-$110k based on experience

Location / Travel Requirements
This position will be in-office, based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court, in Armonk, New York.
