WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Your typical hours will be 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. However, you will come in at 7 am on Wednesdays for morning meetings. We value a work/life balance and can be flexible!
As a Client Concierge - Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Your primary responsibilities revolve around handling overflow calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance to clients throughout the full replacement project process. This involves working closely with clients, guiding them through project procedures, and managing sales paperwork for our production team.
Your role extends beyond project completion, as you'll conduct follow-up calls with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and facilitate any necessary payments. Additionally, you'll help with coordinating gift bag deliveries, adding a personal touch to our client interactions. With your attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, you'll contribute significantly to our organization's success!
