Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective B2B clients for our diverse range of marketing and technology services, including WordPress websites, SEO, PPC Ads, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage in outbound lead generation strategies such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
- Research and pre-qualify leads utilizing various sales tools and databases.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our services and conduct discovery calls to assess their business challenges and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Convert inbound leads into sales and identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and facilitate a seamless transition to the service team post-sale.
- 2 to 3 years of successful sales experience is preferred, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Familiarity with lead qualification processes and digital marketing principles.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- A desktop or laptop computer, high-speed internet, and a cell phone are necessary for this role.
- Professional appearance and the capability to maintain business casual attire are expected.
- Availability during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm) for internal meetings and client interactions is required.
- Signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a 12-month non-compete agreement is mandatory.
- Uncapped commission structure: 15% on one-time projects and setup fees; 10% on monthly recurring revenue for the first 12 months, contingent on client activity.
- Flexible working hours, with the possibility to perform some work after hours or on weekends.
