- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to promote efficiency and safety within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the facility.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or related hospitality roles.
