This position earns a competitive wage of $24 - $26 per hour based on experience .

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER
The Senior Guest Liaison will be responsible for the quality of rentals homes and supervisor of assigned employees. In some cases the Senior Guest Liaison may be support and take upon the duties of a Guest Liaison. The goal is to enhance guest experience to ensure their overall satisfaction with their vacation home.
Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include :
- Communicating with lead cleaners, maintenance manager / supervisor, Quality and Brand Admin and operations manager regarding needs for the houses reported by guests.
- Act as supervisor to assigned employees and ensure a positive working relationship using your mentorship skills.
- Ensure Guest Liaisons and Assistants are submitting receipts in a timely manner.
- Review owner statements to ensure for accuracy.
- Maintain On Call Schedule
- Ensure Guest Liaisons and Assistants, including new hires and current employees, are trained and have the tools necessary to be successful.
- Prepare monthly schedules in advance for Guest Liaisons and Assistants and ensure schedule is based upon guest occupancy.
- Act as backup for Guest Liaisons and Guest Liaison Assistants for greeting guests at arrival and going over operation of house specific features. After guests check in, addressing guest issues / requests during the stay.
- Maintain property appearance, inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Ensure interiors and exteriors are completed, set for guest arrival and up to our company standards.
- Preform inspections prior to guest arrivals and departures and after cleans have been performed.
- Responsible for finding solutions to guest concerns regarding the property condition and requests in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction with the company.
- If guests are coming in for a special event / occasion or a repeat guest, put a gift in the house for the guest.
- Arrange and confirm add on services prior to arrival, ie - grocery delivery, beach chairs, tours, and shuttle.
- Attend training as needed and other duties as assigned by management
