What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate/Cashier position at Holiday Beverages, Inc.?
All employees are trained to become proficient at all aspects of the job. That includes loading orders (cases and kegs) into customers' vehicles, performing daily inventory, operating cash register, home/restaurant delivery, receiving inventory, general cleaning/maintenance around the building/property, setting up/tear down for special events. A fair amount of physical activity (restocking cases/kegs, loading into vehicles, delivering to homes/restaurants), but a nice opportunity for students, as there are slower periods which can allow time for studies. Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and basic computer skills. Not required, but forklift and cash register experience are pluses.
Summary
In the Customer Service Position, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Working with the General Manager, your core skills in communication, customer service, and data entry will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
