## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry as a bartender preparing cocktails and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and quality beverages to our guests. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while maintaining a clean and organized bar area and serving and attending to lanes / tables in a fast paced environment. This is a dual position - some days will be bartender and some will be serving only or a combo of both bartending and preparing own drinks for service depending on the shift - Positions are rotated.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders at lanes/tables and bar area and input into POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization/stock of the bar and service areas
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age requirements
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or personal bank
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure safety
- Upsell drinks and promote special events or promotions to customers
## Skills
- Prior experience bartending is REQUIRED, minimum 2 years in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of common and popular beverage recipes and various preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food and beverage safety regulations
- Cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills

## Work Availability
- 20-29 hours per week
- Flexible schedule - WEEKEND AVAILABILTY IS REQUIRED.
Must be available on weekends for consideration, other availability welcome!
