What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMA position at Holiday Health Care?
The Heritage Center & Horizons Rehabilitation at Holiday Health Care is now recruiting QMAs to add to our growing team! Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. This position will provide basic, direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assist in the maintenance of the resident's environment and unit.
The QMA will assist the nurse in a variety of nursing functions, including but not limited to transferring, personal hygiene, feeding, med pass, and activities of daily living.

- $225/pay period bonus program for perfect attendance, satisfactory work performance, meeting full time hours threshold, and completion of required charting/documentation/training
