Position Overview:

Holiday Hill is seeking a dynamic and organized Venue Activities Supervisor to oversee all activities and events at our venue. This role is essential in ensuring our guests have a fun and memorable experience while maintaining the high standards of Holiday Hill. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and engaging environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and Lead Staff: Train and support all Activities Directors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee Games & Activities: Supervise all activities and ensure they are engaging, safe, and run efficiently.
• Guest Relations: Communicate with customers throughout events to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Event Setup & Cleanup: Assist with setting up activities before events and ensuring thorough cleanup afterward.
• Staff Onboarding: Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members throughout the season.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all activities meet Holiday Hill’s quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in event planning, recreation, or camp settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and train staff effectively.
• Enthusiastic and customer-service oriented.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
