Client Services Representative
Holiday House Pet Resort & Spa on State – Doylestown, PA
Position Overview:
Are you ready to unleash your passion for pets and exceptional customer service? Join the vibrant team at Holiday House Pet Resort and Spa on State as a Client Services Representative! We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our resort, ensuring a tail-wagging experience for pets and their owners. From greeting guests at check-in to assisting with reservations and phone inquiries, your role will be essential in providing a seamless and pawsitively memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome pets and their owners with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Efficiently oversee the check-in and check-out process for our furry guests
- Handle reservations and information requests both in person and over the phone
- Assist clients with booking services, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Communicate with veterinarians as needed to confirm reservation and medical details
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Maintain a clean and inviting lobby space, addressing any unexpected pet-related messes as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods
- Assist in escorting our furry guests to their accommodations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage reservations and client information
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service (pet-related experience is a bonus treat!)
Schedule and Availability:
- Part-time position, averaging 10–25 hours per week
- Must be available to work Tuesdays
- Must be available to work at least 3 Sundays per month from 10AM–4PM
- Availability required the day before and/or after major holidays to assist with high call volume and check-ins/outs
- Other weekday shifts will vary based on business needs
- Must be able to work at both our Holiday House location and Spa on State in downtown Doylestown
