What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Agent position at Holiday Inn and Suites Liverpool?
We are looking for someone who can do 12 to 8pm and 3-11 PMs. Weekends are a must. Generally a schedule of 3pm-11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

General Accountabilities:
- Begins and ends shift as scheduled and arrives in full uniform, adherent to dress code standards and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
- Greets all guests and accommodates any needs they may have and engages in conversation regarding their stay with the hotel.
- Takes note of current stock of items, helps to restock when items are low, or leaves a notice when items needs reordering.
- Deals with any small transactions guests or staff may have
- May need to assist/clean public areas during down time including: light vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning spills, reorganizing stock on display, etc.
- Managing reservations
- Taking reservations over the phone
Check-in and check-out
Checking guests in and out of their rooms
Managing parking for guests, and Arranging special requests for rooms
Handling payments
Collecting payments from guests
Accounting for services provided by the hotel, and Assisting guests with out payments or charges
Answering phones
Answering and taking messages for guests and staff
Making restaurant reservations and booking taxis for guests
Assisting guests with luggage, Handling guest complaints, and Ensuring a smooth guest experience.
