Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage the bar area, including inventory control and cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
