Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable stay for all visitors.

- Operate the POS system efficiently for processing transactions and managing cash handling.
- Assist guests with reservations and inquiries using OpenTable or similar systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
