We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring linens are clean and available for guest use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests regarding housekeeping needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
