DUTIES:
· Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment according to established standards including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems.
· Performs a variety of tasks related to carpentry, painting and pool maintenance.
· Performs preventative maintenance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 21 years of age.
· Previous maintenance experience required.
· Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision and as a team member.
· Ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff members and management, and make good guest service judgements/decisions.
· Ability to maintain self in a clean, professional business-like appearance/manner.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
* Must agree to background investigation and and motor vehicle driving record check.
* Ideal candidate must be available for occasional weekend shift, when scheduled, in advance.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, carrying and climbing.
· Works indoors and outdoors (for example, on roof HVAC units).
