Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand our customer base, focusing on B2B opportunities.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
