Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology sales.

Duties

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand our customer base, focusing on B2B opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Strong upselling capabilities, recognizing opportunities for additional sales within existing accounts.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and business development practices is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed
