We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or malfunctions - Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn parts - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and resolve problems - Repair or replace faulty equipment components, such as motors, belts, or switches - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs - Assist with supervising contractors or outside vendors for larger repair projects - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments - Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment - Experience with reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers - Proficient in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting - Ability to perform general facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, or plumbing repairs If you are a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining safe and functional facilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
