Responsibilities

- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures for industrial cleaning as needed.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
