Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, providing information about the property, answering questions, and taking reservations. The Front Desk Agent will work closely with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check guests in timely and efficiently
- Answer questions about properties, rooms, services, and policies
- Provide information about properties, rates, amenities, and policies
- Take reservations using proprietary reservation system and phone system
- Respond to all calls, emails, or messages in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and the phones
- Working as a team with other departments to provide excellent customer service (i.e., reservations, reception, cleaning)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Must have availability to work weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
