What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable position at Holiday inn Crystal Lake?
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at least have 1-year experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely vendor payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Accounts Payable Clerk must also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
- Process expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Other duties as directed by Accounts Payable Manager (CFO)
