Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the front office, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee the management of phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette and responsiveness to all calls.
- Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk operations for efficiency and effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Front Office Manager or similar position within a hotel or resort setting.
