Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
