Key Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about local attractions.
- Reservations & Billing: Manage room reservations, process payments, and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Communication: Coordinate with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Complaint Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues, resolve guest concerns promptly, and escalate as needed.
- Brand Standards: Adhere to IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) policies and brand standards for a consistent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Customer-Facing Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to handle diverse guest needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with hotel property management systems, reservation software, and standard office tools.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing guest concerns, resolving issues quickly and politely.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues for the best possible guest experience.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
