Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping:
- Room Maintenance: Clean and service guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms for cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation, ensuring all brand standards are met.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously to enhance their overall experience.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Houseman:
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common areas.
- Supply Delivery: Transport linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Heavy Lifting & Setup: Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, and other tasks requiring physical effort.
- Team Support: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated applicants willing to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (up to 30 lbs.) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to cleanliness and order, with an eye for spotting areas that need extra care.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and help out fellow team members to maintain a smooth operation.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as dictated by hotel occupancy and events.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for these roles.
