As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of hotel accounting records
- Verify and balance daily guest folios, including posting charges and payments
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, such as occupancy reports, revenue summaries, and guest account statements
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
