Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when handling incoming calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and order as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or as a front desk supervisor is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
