Responsibilities

- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and various building components.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Utilize logic controllers for automated systems maintenance.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary to support facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and visitors regarding facility-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
