We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the night audit process efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or night audit roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during the night shift
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
