We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team at the brand new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Airport. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
