Check guest in and out of hotel. Assist guest as needed to ensure a pleasant stay at the hotel. Some cash handling is necessary. Make reservations as needed. Answer phones in polite manner. Schedule and manage front desk staff. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the hotel.
