Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests (This includes making coffee, and prepping the hot foods for the buffet)
- Ensure all food and beverage items are stocked and replenished as needed
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
- Monitor food quality and report any issues or concerns to management
- Follow all safety and health guidelines while handling food and beverages
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Experience in meal preparation and food handling
- Culinary skills such as cooking and food presentation are a plus
