Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of the importance of cleanliness in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure all amenities are properly presented.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks as required, including industrial cleaning projects or special events.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
