What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Guest Service Agent position at Holiday Inn Express and Suites- Latham?
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Latham, is looking for someone with an outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills to be the face of our front desk. You will ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
**AVAILABLE SHIFTS - PART TIME - FRIDAY & SATURDAY 3PM-11PM**
OR
_ PART TIME - SATURDAY & SUNDAY 7AM-3PM_

- You will have excellent knowledge of the local happenings in the restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events and be eager to share this information with our guests.
- You will know how to handle cash responsibly and reliably.
- Previous work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role required
- Experience with Opera a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
