Overview
We are currently seeking applicants interested in joining our maintenance team at the Holiday Inn Express Malone! Members of our maintenance team play a crucial role in daily hotel operations and ensuring guest have a safe and wonderful experience while visiting us.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality inspections.
- Test pool water chemistry and ensure pool room is safe.
- Perform painting and other repair tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
- Maintain the exterior of the property including mowing, parking lot cleanup, and landscaping.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Good Communiation Skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and understand complex mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for maintenance emergencies.
- The ability to work with others and have a team attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
