Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for guests or residents.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of responsibility.
- Assist in cooking or food preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices as well as commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
