- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to hotel standards
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect and treat stains on garments before laundering
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens and uniforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies

- Previous experience in laundry operations preferred
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their care instructions
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests
