Duties
- Greet and serve breakfast guests with a smile, ensuring the provided breakfast is to their satisfaction.
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide excellent guest relations, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and prepared according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages for guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for long periods.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.15 - $12.00 per hour
