Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and presented in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks; experience in meat cutting is a plus.
- Excellent cleaning habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
