Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area according to established standards.
- Serve breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in restocking food items as needed throughout the breakfast service.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils used during meal preparation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary aide practices is a plus.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in phone etiquette for guest inquiries or reservations.
