Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and dining areas throughout service.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary quality.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in food service or culinary roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
