Responsibilities

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness in a timely manner.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
