Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and payment transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with accurate information.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and direct inquiries appropriately while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to high standards.
- Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred.
