*Job Summary* We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. *Duties* - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services - Handle reservations and cancellations accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Perform night audit duties as needed *Experience* - Proven experience in a front desk or guest relations role - Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality management software - Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures - Multilingual skills are a plus - Certification or degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management is advantageous
