Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-out process efficiently
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in multilingual or bilingual communication is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
- Ability to perform night audit duties is advantageous
- Familiarity with guest services and hotel management practices
