Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess excellent guest relations skills. Ability to work in a team setting and able to work individually as required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room assignments
- Conduct night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
-Computer literate and familiar with office and administration
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems and phone systems
- Attention to detail to provide the most accurate information
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
