Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our experienced office team. The Guest Services Position open is part time, and entry level. 3:00pm-11:00pm with training required for all 3 shifts. Must be able to stand and walk for length of shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, handling reservations and providing information about hotel services.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation and uphold the standards of hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
