- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain phone etiquette while answering calls promptly and addressing guest requests or concerns.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in managing front desk supplies and inventory as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to handle various situations with professionalism.
