- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our hotel management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.

Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk operations is preferred but not needed.
