Front Desk Part time Night Auditor

This position is for a Front desk night auditor. This shift is strictly 11pm-7am. We are open 24/7/365. Must be able flexible. Weekends and holidays are required. Days may vary. Must have transportation.

Hotel experience is preferred. Night Auditor experience preferred.

We are looking for Front Desk Night Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation during the overnight.

Job Purpose: To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests. Run Night Audit and the daily reports. Holidays, nights and weekends are required.

Night Audit Agents Responsibilities

• On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
• Run Night Audit and daily reports.
• Balances all daily work for the hotel.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations.
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Daily checklist of Front desk responsibilities of mopping, cleaning, folding linens,

Education and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 6 months night audit experience required

High school education or equivalent experience.

Guest service, basic accounting, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred

Education HS Diploma or equivalent.

Driver License is recommended
